  • Cherish Room Set-Up

    Your reservation secures an impactful romantic Be My Valentine balloon room styling experience in red or pink.


    This experience is designed for hotel rooms, homes and Airbnbs. Final layouts may vary based on space and access.

    • Valentine’s Day room experiences are for February 12-14, 2026 only.
    • Reservations are only within the downtown Austin, TX area.
    • Availability is limited and operates on a tight, structured schedule.
    • All reservations are only secured once a 50% deposit has been made.
    • Decorating times typically range between 2–3 hours, depending on the room layout.
    • A cleanup kit will be provided for all room decor setups.
    • All delivery fees are already included in price. 
  • Jumbo Heart

    Your reservation secures a Be My Valentine 68-inch  jumbo heart balloon statement piece.


    Color options for your jumbo heart balloon are Red, Magenta or Rose Gold and is accompanied by a luxury ribbon tail, balloon weight and delivery fees. 

    • Availability is limited and operates on a tight, structured delivery schedule.
    • All reservations are only secured once a 50% deposit has been made.
  • Payments

    We accept payments through Zelle with details listed on your 24-hour valid invoice.

    • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time.
    • The remaining balance is due by Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
    • All deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be applied to a future date, pending availability and 24 hour advance cancellation notice.
    • A 100% refund will only be issued if services are canceled by A Vibe. 
  • Hotel Requirements

    We do not check into hotels on behalf of our clients. 


    Prior to our arrival:

    • You must be physically checked in to your hotel room. 
    • Notify the hotel that A Vibe stylist will be arriving to decorate your space and must be added to the hotel reservation to gain access to the room. We'll provide the designer's name for seamless access.
    • Your room must be fully accessible and clean before your setup can begin, meaning:
    1. All personal belongings and items are removed or properly put away in the  closet or bathroom.
    2. The bed is made properly.
    3. The room is clean and ready for a sanitary workspace.
    • If the rooms not clean prior to setup we will contact you to see how we can proceed and your room setup may be cancelled. 
  • Reservation Time

    During your reservation time your room must be vacant so that we can curate your design. 


    Dependent on room layout, please plan to be away from your room for 2-3 hours as our decorating times typically require  this allotted time to style.

    • Accurate check-in time, set up time, and location must be provided.
    • Availability is limited and operates on a tightly structured schedule.
    • Any timing changes on your end must be communicated to A Vibe immediately.
    • We will do our BEST to accommodate changes when possible, but adjustments are not guaranteed due to scheduling constraints.
  • Last-Minute Reservations

    Subject to availability, if your reservation is made after Tuesday, February 10, 2026:

    • A rush fee will be applied to your invoice.
    • Full payment must be paid to reserve your date and time. 
    • Last-minute reservations are non-refundable.

    If we can accommodate your request an invoice will be sent to you and must be paid in full within 8 hours of receiving invoice. 

  • Cleanup Policy

    Clean up of room decorations is not included. A clean up kit will be provided and will include all needed items to clean up. 

    • You should allow ample time for clean up to be completed before check out.
    • If decorations are left behind, your hotel may charge a clean up fee according to their policies.
    • Please confirm housekeeping and cleanup policies directly with your hotel.
    • A Vibe is not responsible for any hotel housekeeping fees that you may incur. 
  • Balloon Details

    Balloon float times may vary based on temperature, environment, and handling. Longevity is not guaranteed for any balloon.

    • Cold air, hot air, high humidity and moving air from fans and vents can reduce balloon float times. 
    • Direct sunlight may make balloons pop.
    • Cold environments may shrink balloons. Micro-tears from faulty manufacturing can cause deflation and popping of balloons.
